If anyone is interested, i was digging through the office i inherited at work,
and looking through old 1950 era electronics tech books, and came across a book
called tubes and transistors. It is amazing! it has the tube circuit sitting
right next to the tranny circuit of the same function and tells the pros and
cons!!! amazing. If anyone wants a copy, i could give you the library of
congress number so you can order it.. Very indepth, for those technically
minded, and has many examples of tube vc0s and filters, etc.....yummy...all the
stuff they leave out of electronics textbooks these days, sad but true..
