The schematic of my quad all-tube VCO

It's a rather basic circuit. If you are expecting one volt/octave
response or technical perfection, it is not for you.
But the prototype does WORK VERY WELL. Reserve your comments
until you have actually built and tried it.

The graphics file is in TIFF-packbits format because my drawing program
won't handle GIF or JPEG. Sorry.
