well if money is no object you can build this stuff up from segments.
BUT, if rotary will do, 6PDT is quite common (as is any combination that
multiplies out to 12, since most old rotaries are based on 12 tags around
the circumference)
What are you using it for?
because, three 2P2T on a panel mechanically linked across would look
