published in Asia by Tech Publications PTE,LTD Singapore

which are reprints of ones from
ECA Electronic GmbH Germany

the list includes
Japanese Transistor Substitution Manual

Up-to-date Worlds Transistor Comparison Tables vol 1&2
etc etc

I havn't found anything with actual curves, these are just the
main characteristics. They seenm to cover pretty well all the
non-proprietary ones though.
