Steve,
for me standard means 160mmx100mm euro pcb with DIN32xxx 
(don't know the number now) 32 (or more) pin connector,
because every mail order store sells this stuff from the shelf.  

Your ascimatic seems to show a pcb with build-in connector
like isa-bus pcbs. Mounting stuff for such pcbs is not
very good available here in Germany (and also in europe ?).
So , for me this is "non standard".
