   That is correct.  Yes they reflow solder the whole board once it has 
been etched so you get a nice silvery board.  Looks like it came out of a 
piece of equipment 20 years ago!
   They have a quick turn around time, 2 days!  But remember to take a 
look at their web site as they do have some minor rules your gerber files 
will have to adhere to.
