Cheap PCB Info Request

     Hi DIY,
     
     Recently I saw a post to DIY about a cheap PCB house. Yes I deleted 
     it, darn it, and now I'd like to see it again. The setup fees were 
     really cheap and I'd like to give it a shot. If it works out then I 
     might be able to donate some Gerber files to Paul's $35/module 
     collection!
     
     I seem to remember the prices were for top layer/bottom layer, plated 
     thru holes, no soldermask, so silkscreen. That would be fine for me, 
     as long as the layers are tinned.
