How many hands do you have ?!?! 4 knobs at once? I think the use of MIDI
would offer the benefits of allowing you to record controller changes
easily into a sequencer without having to develop anything else. Then you
can play back, adding more tweaks as you go, layering them up. I suppose a
MIDI driver for a RS232 port would work the same though. Don't Yamaha and
Roland have MIDI drivers for interfacing some of their modules via RS232?
