Bad idea.  Wintel's PC98 specification does away with ISA/EISA.  Your
potential market for ISA cards will be shrinking, not growing.  Plus, you'll
be leaving out the large number of people using MacOS for music, many of
which have a PCI bus.

Moog 35 on a PCI card, however, is a great idea.
