Moog Cascade Filter

Hello!
My name is Martin Ribitsch and I am from Austria..
I have a Question about a 24 dB Moog Cascade Filter.
I want to bild or buy a Standalone 24 dB Filter(external Signals and
external Power Suply)but dont know how to start it.....
Is there maybe a platine Layout for the beast or a DIY thing for just
building it( like this small Flashlights for DIY...)?
or where can i get a used on ( if such a thing exists...) 
Or is somebody from Austria or germany in the list who can help me out
by my problem?
