S-TRIG Gate Problem

Hi Folks!

I wanted to control a Realistic MG-1 from my MPU-101 and was having
trouble with the Gate signal. I built the converter circuit (3 Times)
but when I plug the cable into the MG-1 the synth will drone like it's
getting a constant S-Trig. This happens even when is  not connected to
the MPU-101. I'm getting a correct Trig when I send it a note but it
still has a constant drone along with it. When I unplug the cable it stops. I have built this before when I had SATAN (Moog Micro that was
possessed by the DEVIL...really!) and it worked fine. 
I'm also looking for schemos for this synth as it's one of my favorites
and would like to  have the ability to sync the LFO to an external
source. (and give it the ability to rival the power of the System 55!
