BTW: I found a dude with 17 chips. He wanted (I'm not kidding!!) $240 each. He said they are used in much military radar equipment and some old ham radio gear, and "this is the going rate..."

About 1/2 a page is missing. I made this from a photocopy i took 15-20 years
ago, so don't ask for more :)
