Interfacing Wasps

I have recently got rid of my Wasp and also had a similar dilema. The problem
with the Wasp is that it is a master oscillator and octave divider type
circuitry. There is no voltage controlled oscillator in there. The notes are
generated by a load of control logic that decodes the key number to a binary
code. This then selects the relevent pitch from the divide down osc circuitry.
The only easy way to interface them is to use the digital interface port on
the Wasp. This can be done v. easily from a C64. If you would like more info
on this give me a shout, I have an article in an old issue of E&MM somewhere.
The only other options I can think of are the Kenton. Unless someone has
knocked something up... I really don't think you'll be able to CV it direct.
