Sorry for the second mail on this topic, but I sent my other one out before
I read
this.
I suggest doing the PW stuff exactly the same way as you would in an audio
range VCO: Use a SAW VCO and a Comparator. You can even use the
Hard Sync input of this VCO to sync it to an external clock source.
