CV Clock for Ana. Seq. - Linear or Exp.?

It depends on whether your sequencer is set up for linear or exponential 
CV outs.  You probably want the clock in to be the same as the CV out so 
that you can use the sequencer to modulate itself.

The setup of the outs is dependent upon what sort of potentiometers you
use.  Linear pots are used for exponential outs (CV terminology is screwy
if you ask me), and I think audio taper (or is it reverse audio taper???)
pots are used for linear outs. 

Of course, if you're doing a lot of drum n'bass music using analog 
sequencers (that would be fun), then you want lots of resolution on the 
upper range of your clock tempo, so you want an exponential clock with 
a linear CV out (if you don't get this joke, don't worry).
