Electronotes. What? Where? How? Why? When? Who?

Howdy all!

Now that the dust is settled after that really wild mail-war, I 
submit this question, hoping i won't trigger (gate?) a new batch of 
mud-slinging. (Please!).

1) What exactly *is* Electronotes? Is it correct that it is a 
   collection of preferred schematics?

2) How can I buy it, and how much does it cost? Postal/email-adr's?

3) Who is Bernie Hutchins? Is he the editor or something?

Yes, I *do* know that it has possibly been explained a couple of 
times by now, but most of the discussion only got as far as my DELETE 
button.

If I dont reply at once, it's because my mail-computer is in another 
city, and I have to drive 45 mins every time I have to check my 
mailbox.
