  ...because if you do that you can only use the screen once. By using it
  "once" I mean one sitting, before the ink dries on the screen. Screens
  made from kits and/or "instant screens" (made at art supply stores) are
  made by filling the non-printing parts of the screen with a gel / polymer
  stuff that dissolves when exposed to the same stuff you'd need to clean a
  hardy epoxy like that off of a screen (again, I mentioned investigating
  this method in my long post).

  Now, using the screen only once may not be a bad thing - and might
  actually be cost effective - considering the fact that I can get 8.5x11
  instant screens made for less than $20. Where do you get these inks? Will
  they clog a screen quickly? Are they expensive?
