Gene Stopps ASM VCO

Dear all,

	Im trying to build Gene Stopps
asm VCO (as a seperate module) but I cant
get it to work... Can someone tell me the
supply rails used on the 3140 integrator 
the LM311 reset.. Could someone whos got
a working board, just meter the pins on
both for me and let me know.
