resonance VCA in Memorymoog ?

Short question (don't have Memorymoog docs):
How is the resonance control implemented?
The Minimoog has a reverse audio pot, so I
guess the Memorymoog has some VCA and
some nonlinear control circuit (expo VCA won't fit!).
What VCA chip? nonlinearity made by hardware
or by scaling the CV via software?
