  CA3080's are indeed easy to get.  Had to get a bunch for my ASM-1 
project and to replace a suspected bad one on an OB-X voice card.  Got 
mine from Allied Electronics for somewhere under $1.00 each.  I forget 
right off hand.
  Ya got me on the AD821 though.  I'll try and remember to dig up some 
info on that tomorrow.
