are there any MIDI clocked envelope generators???

i was just sitting here listening to a CD and heard a certain sound and
wondered if there were any synths or modules with MIDI clocked envelope
generators? like, it would take a certain number of clocks to reach the EG's
height of attack, or a certain number of clocks to the end of the EG's decay.
