          Hello all -


     In the heated discussion everyone was having the other day 

  about 68XXX and 80XX microcontrollers, did anyone think of 

  using a PIC? like for instance, the PIC17C752/756 ?

  Look at the specs on this thing!

  I do believe that this chip would just about fit the bill for

  a MIDI interface device or memory device for patch storage.
