I think the sound is at the end of "Echoes", not "Fearless". I don't know
if it is a synth, or vocal sounds with the tape speed changing. They might
have done it manually with overdubs!

"Fearless" ends with a crowd of kids singing "You'll Never Walk Alone"
with, I beleive, backwards echo on it.
