I went to a local music store yesterday, and guess what: the 
repair-guy had a load of antique and ancient schematics. He let me 
copy his SH-101 service docs and schematics for free. I also saw he 
had every bit of information on other Roland stuff, including things like 
a vocoder, TR- and TB-stuff and (!) the system 100 modular. I'll try 
and talk him into making more copies. Maybe if I pay for it, I can 
get my hands onto everything.
So: if anyone wants copies of the SH-101 service docs, let me know. I 
don't have a scanner, but maybe someone out there could scan these 
docs into GIFs of JPGs and put them on the Web?
