Musical Apps of microprocessors

Hi, I'm reading this list for a while now, and now is the time to react:

That's right. This is one of the best books on synthesizer theory and building.
It's a 'must have it'. Unfortunately the publisher stopped publishing this book
long ago (everyone makes a mistake every now and then :-)  . I tried it with
the publisher directly, and with local bookstores here in the Netherlands,
but ... nope.
