Hi Dan !

A while ago, Hal Chamberlin himself posted that thsi book would
no longer be printed.  I think he offered to sell photocopied 
manuscripts.  Try email to halc at ycrdi.com and offer him money.
The guy deserves the bucks for publishing such a great book.
