Stupid schematic-reading question

cool! a question i can actually answer here! :)

the first number would be the value of the cap in microfarads and the second
one would be the voltage rating of the cap (eg a 47uF 16 volt cap would be a
common one on the roland stuff). i couldn't figure it out myself when i
looked at those same schems you're looking at. let me know how your project
goes...
