The CMOS Cookbook by Don Lanccaster describes the use of a 4069 hex
inverter as a bounceless switch with a pushbutton input. The circuit only
requires 2 resistors and a capacitor and you can make up to three such
switches from a single IC package. I've used it many times and it works
great.
