Hmm ... I asked LYCOS for 'easytrax.' and it told me look at 
"http://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/asme/CAD_ELEC/"
     
Did you try to reach "ftp://ftp.freebsd.org"?
     
Otherwise you could try to submit a query to lycos:
     
"http://www.lycos.com/cgi-bin/pursuit?query=easytrax."
     
I was looking for the DOS-Version of Easytrax.
     
BTW: I couldn't reach the Protel site ...
