4046PLL.GIF Schematic Error

There is an error in the schematic in the final output section.  The 
corrected schematic is now in Music/Machines/incoming.  The revision 
level is marked as 3.1a and supercedes 3.1.  3.1 shows a 10 to 1 
voltage divider where there should be a 10K load for the opamp and a 
50K to 100K summing resistor to the FatMan's VCF summing node.
