my first filter!

Just had to share the joy.... :)
I built my first filter module last night, and it's working great. It's a
SSM2044-based LPF. My previous builds have been limited to VCAs, a twin-t
analogue drum from John Simonton's collection, and repairs. So my first
module that actually DOES something exciting!
I did accidentally let the smoke out of my first 2044, as I'd neglected to
include a 1k resistor in my layout. Oops! But I had another, and quickly
corrected the problem. BTW, I used the toner transfer stuff, so that I
could make a nice tidy schematic on my computer, then copy it onto the
sheet of film, then iron it onto the PCB. Works GREAT! It's the TEC-200
film from Meadowlake.
So that's the news. I haven't tested all the inputs yet, but the init-Fc
and init-resonance work, as does audio in-1 and audio output. It
self-oscillates like it should.
I'm so happy! Yay! :)
