LM13600 VCO experiment & question

Thanks Don, now this makes sense.  Ground being 1/2 the full supply 
range, it would make sense that all I could get was the top octave.  I 
tried referencing my CV to -V (just above) and Bingo.  To use this with 
a FatMan, I will have to add a level converter and gain stage.  10 more 
minutes.
