Hi Isac and list

There where some things I forgot to tell about my MIDI-CV converter...

Since this one is intended to work with a modular (and my MiniMoog) it
will not feature polyphony (at least not the first version). My idea was
that each of the 16 CV-channels should be independently assignable to any
MIDI-channel and any MIDI function (almost). This also means that if two
or more CV-channels are assigned to Note-on/off for the same MIDI-channel,
they will all play the same note. Maybe later I'll try to implement n-voice
polyphony, but it seems like a quite complicated thing. (Maybe it isn't ? :~\

Isac, I can probably email the code to you, just have to fetch it from my
home computer. Now, the code isn't very well commented (as usual;-) but
I'll try to explain it. It implements note-on/off, velocity, pitch bend
(halfway) and continous controllers (halfway). The rest is still to figure
out...
