I meant UA 726 Xistors in the exp converter on the late rev. mini vco card. Another note; the early rev. vco card uses 2 SG 3821's (premium 3046's) w/ tempco resistors. The resistor is not anywhere near the xistor array, but once the vco's warm up they are quite stable.
