Suppliers, not manufacturers - I called them and they haven't returned my call, 
but they should supply small quantities.

Is Vishay still in business and making tempcos?

I've completely lost heart with the tempco supplier thing after spending $150 
on KRL tempcos that didn't work, so I've stopped trying to track them down. If 
anyone wants to do the research from some of these other suppliers count me in 
for 10 resistors...
