I phoned the Toronto branch and they said that they don't handle the components
that are in England. I don't quite understand why but they are owned by Farnell
but distribute a completely different line of stuff.

This is true but Newark is not yet stocking Farnell components as of yet.

I think you'll have no luck with them yet. Also the Farnell parts look pretty
expensive.
