Tempco Resistors

     I have a couple of Chris' tempcos and SURE ENOUGH they are weird and 
     not useable for some undiscovered reason...
     
     Despite my sad story about samples I think this is a pretty compelling 
     reason that one should request samples specifically. See the hard part 
     about convincing the vendor to provide samples is that these things 
     are (probably) not off-the-shelf and must be manufactured to order - 
     at least this is the impression I get and it would explain the long 
     lead times.
     
     So let's try the samples thing again - I'll try to call around and 
     I'll post my results.
