Well, I was hoping EN would have some answers. :)

Unfortunately, I haven't had time to delve too deep into the temperature
tracking properties of transistor pairs (integrated or randomly selected
discrete devices). Some day I may build a little controlled-temperature
owen and make a LabView implementation for automated tests of temperature
tracking.

Until then, I'm afraid I can't think of any other matching methods than
those already mentioned.
