Start at http://www.natsemi.com/.  Follow the link to "Datasheet &
Application Notes".  To get to #299, it looks like you should be able
to follow links through "Linear", then "Audio Circuits", but things
look a bit broken at the moment, so try a search on "299" from the
"Datasheet & Application Notes" page.  You'll need some kind of PDF
viewer to read the application note.
