No subject

Hi,
At last the notes are with me and I shall be sending them out tomorrow (Monday)
Please note that it may take some time to reach those who are lower on the list.

I was hoping to make multiple copies of the document and get it all sent out
in one go, but I wasn't quite prepared for the size of it (over 200 pages,
so get your copiers warmed up).
