Sequencer idea

Hi

I was starting to build the sequencer in Barry Klein book (fig. 3-17 p65)
and i had the idea of using the unused NOR gate (plus some additions) to make
a CV reset input on the RST pin of the counter.

Did it seem to be a good idea to have a CV reset input on a sequencer?
(or maybe all others sequencers have it except this one ?)

Anyway, for those of you who, like me, didn't had the chance to play a real 
sequencer (not yet), i suggest you try to download the file miditol32.zip at :

it contain a cool simulation of an analog sequencer (it's for windows) and
if you are like me, you will want to build a real one very fast!
