Turning an old PC into a MIDI-CV converter

Hmmm,  I have an old PC-MIDI card and a (worked when I took it out of 
service) 286 12 mhz mother board and an old but faithful 20 meg hard 
drive.  This could be just the reason I need to get a power supply and 
get it working again.
