They are very hard to come by!
3 possible workarounds:

(1) Use a lin pot and solder a resisror from the variable pin to the maximum
      pin (bad approximation; not really recommended)

(2) Use a lin pot and a cheap (2-transistor) exponentiator. Connected in the
     right way, you can achieve a very good approximation.

(3) Use a standard log pot that allows you to remove the shaft and plug
      it in from the rear (!).  Then use the whole pot from the back side.
     (works nice if you find a pot that allows this mechanically, and if you
      don't have to mount it on the front panel (i.e. solder it to a pcb 
instead)

And another compromise:
     Use a normal log pot and label the front panel with max Q = ccw and
     min  Q = cw.
