I must apologise to all those in the UK who require these notes.
As yet they have not arrived, but that is not the problem...I'm afraid I had
an accident with my hard drive (my fault) and have lost all the addresses to
those who requested a copy of EN.
Please re-mail me your postal addresses and I will send out the notes as
soon as they arrive.
