Temperature compensated VCO

Hi folks,
As you may remember I posted some weeks ago about an
alternative to the usual tempco resistors in VCOs.
(I use a diff. pair amplifier in the feedbackloop of an opamp to
get the reciprocal of the annoying tempco term)
I now have build a prototype, and I will update the website that
contains the description.
www.uni-bonn.de/~uzs159/vco.html (will be updated till Monday)

So far I didn't found the time for testing, other than listening to the
prototype, but I will post the results soon.
And I still have to tune it!!
One thing that I must say, is that it has some noticeable phase jitter due to
noise in the diff. amp. Audible but not very annoying to me.

Further results follow!

BYE
 Rene
