It also occured in a Elector MIDI Keyboard project so maybe Allt om 
Elektronik's
dealer still have it...

PS Allt om Elektronik is the Swedish editon of Elector, they used to have a
store back in the 80's on convienient distance from me, but the closed it down 
:(
