There aren't any equivalents, because FETs are different from transistors.
They can pass current bidirectionally, so there's no in and out (usually).
So that's Gate, Source and Drain. As opposed to a transistor which is
Emitter, Collector and Base. Gate is similar to Base, but usually S and D
are interchangeable whereas E and C are not.

Unless someone corrects me otherwise. :)
