well, in the last week or so, my faith in my ability in building circuits
has completely fallen apart with some of the stuff i've been building to get
some extra triggers for my 606 and now with this goddamn v-trig to s-trig
convertor. a resistor, a transisitor, and a diode. pretty simple right? well
the fucking thing isn't working (i'm trying to take the normal low tom
trigger on my non-modified 606 to trigger the tap input on my vortex). i
thought that this would be the easiest circuit i've ever built, but
apparantly it's not (or something else is going on). is the 606 LT trig a
v-trig? i thought it was at 5V and then went to 0V, so is this a true v-trig
then? if it is, what can i do to test the circuit to see if i put it
together right?

three things to remember about me:
1) i'm not a dj
2) i have no intentions of becoming a dj
3) i'm not a washer and dryer repairman either
