Looking for 6/89 Elec. Musician

Does anyone have the June 1989 _Electronic Musician_?  I was just browsing
through the Midwest Analog Products page and they mention an article in it
called "MIDI-to-trigger converter" -- as I've mentioned before, I'd like to
build one and maybe this is the ticket (sounds like it's only 8-output,
though).  The article is said to be on pp. 58, 60, 62-70; if anyone
could get me a copy, I'd be mighty grateful.
