The chime.gif in attachment is actually active two caps and resistors 
circuit. Kind of LC simulation...

As I am new to electronics I never used FET... not as such not as 
a resistor... :) So please, enlighten me... :)

chime.gif is circuit from TAB book. I used 0.1uF caps and 1M pot to 
change the frequency... but with lower feedback resistence, Q must be set 
higher... (Q controls the decay) 
I must say it worked great... (didn't survive too long on the test 
board because I have lots of other ideas :)
